Privacy Policy
Player One by Kibiki · Last updated 6 February 2026
The short version
Your data stays on your device. We don't collect it, we don't sell it, we don't see it. Your check-ins, your stats, your streaks — they're yours.
What the app stores
Player One stores the following data locally on your device:
- Check-ins — your responses, timestamps, and optional notes
- Profile — your display name, preferences, and streak stats
- Quests & Badges — progress and unlock dates
- Settings — notification preferences, display options, and onboarding status
All of this is stored using Apple's on-device database. Nothing is sent to our servers — because we don't have any.
What we don't collect
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising identifiers
- No crash reporting to third parties
- No location data
- No contacts, camera, or microphone access
- No account creation or login
Subscriptions
Player One offers optional subscriptions managed entirely through Apple's App Store. Purchase and payment information is handled by Apple — we never see your payment details. You can review Apple's privacy practices at apple.com/privacy.
Notifications
All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use push notification servers or collect notification tokens.
Data export & deletion
You can export your check-in history as a CSV file from Settings at any time. You can also reset all app data from Settings, which permanently deletes everything stored by the app on your device.
Children's privacy
Player One is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.
